Fixed a gradient preview problem in modal view.

Fixed an object positioning problem when pasting.
Scale transformed strokes inside vector brushes (pattern and artistic).
Fixed a bug when using expanded stroke inside vector brushes.
Removing presets from global preset files should automatically save the file.
Fixed a bug when changing style in a cloned group.
