Noise transparency in appearence

Transparency of Noise in appearence doesnot change whether i change it to 100% or 0%.
Is this a regression or I am doing something wrong?

@Jayanta-Das It is not a regression, more like a missing feature (or bug). Some of the Generate filters ignore the associated opacity.

In case of Noise, a workaround: instead of adding an adjustment effect, add a new Fill and for the fill select the Noise fill type. Then the opacity will work.
