Rounding numbers in the input fields

When the cursor is inside a number field and you press the Up or Down Arrow key, I think it would be more useful if it would first round the number to the closest, then increment in integer units.
So if you have 231.6 it would first change it to 232 instead of jumping to 233.
And if you have 231.2 it should first change it to 231 instead of jumping to 230.
This would make the arrow keys useful for rounding up or down, not just incrementing/decrementing in 1 pt units.
