Could we add the option to set each individual section in the preferences back to default settings? Maybe also the option to load the individual section settings from a particular saved custom preferences file?
I was thinking about this in terms of long term troubleshooting when customized preferences cause a task to fail, this would help narrow down the problem quickly. Instead of having to go one by one through ALL of the individual settings, determining what section the issue occurs in would eliminate the need to check literally everything one by one
Maybe add this option at the top of each section?

@Boldline Preference Files -> Restore Default should do that.

@VectorStyler Yes but does that not reset ALL of the preferences to default? My thought was to find ways to narrow down what section of the preferences was causing the issue.
The user could reset one section at a time instead of having to literally check every single setting

Got it! I add this to the backlog.

@Subpath Thanks! Hopefully when implemented, it will help expedite the process of narrowing down the preferences issues that occasionally arise. That will make it faster for us to zero in on the issue area and for the developer to know what to fix sooner.
