Renaming a group or object shouldn't trigger a thumbnail refresh

One of the little glitches in the UI is when thumbnails refreshes because I've renamed an object. If I rename a group, all members of the group are refreshed apparently. It turns into a lot of blinking when renaming a number of objects.
These are small annoying blinks that are not necessary code-wise or UI-wise. But the subconscious mind catches it every time.

@VectorStyler Just noticed that also the layer thumbnail is updated when renaming some of its content, also not needed.
