Clarification in a Warning panel

When I went to save this file, I got this warning prompt that the location to save had been changed. This was expected because I had opened this file over a network and was not on that network later when I went to save.
My question is about the wording in the panel compared to the options for actionable steps below it.
If it says it "cannot save" the file, should it say "Save As" in the actionable step instead of "Save"? Because technically you're only able to save it as a new file?

It's not a major issue, just something I was thinking about in the moment
