Bleed, activate by default when selected

1. When creating a document and the bleed option is selected, they don't appear by default and one has to go to the menu: View--> Margins ...

2. Also, this must have already been reported, it would be nice to be able to edit all values at once (have this as an option).

@Pat Yes, (2) is in the backlog. Added (1) also.
