Clicking Existing live text box does not allow for easy editing

Is anyone else having this issue? I am trying to revise an existing text box and it won't let me do it easily.

Sometimes I can get it quickly but other times it is impossible to get access to in order to edit

I played with it a little but so far it's working fine for me. Perhaps there's something else that makes it become uneditable.
