Options in Snapping Panel. (Windows)

Hi,
Asking here before I submit a bug report.
It seems I cannot untick the various options in the Snapping Panel once I tick an option. This also doesn't work when I go via the hamburger menu. I can turn off snapping via View -> Enable snapping, and then turn it on again on the panel.
Does anyone else experience this?

I have no problem. Everything works fine.

It seems I had quite a few issues that seemed to work normally for everyone, so I restored the preference file to default, and now it works as it should.

@Gremriel It would be great if I could have that preference file, causing the issues. It might be that there are some combination of settings and workspace state that caused this.
If these problems show up again, or if you remember what settings you had before restoring, please send me the settings.xml and workspace.xml files from the c:\Users<username>\NumericPath\VectorStyler1.0\data\resources\ folder on Windows. -

I just sent you the resource files. It happens when I tick Common Snapping Options in the Editing Options tab in preferences.
