Did something change with the auto switch from the node selection tool to the transform tool in the latest updates? It now seems to always be reverting to the wrong tool for me. Is there a setting to adjust?

@Boldline There was no change in this. Is this the Command+ tool activation?

@Boldline Is this about alternating between tools by pressing again the
          shortcut for the current tool?

If so, this is in Settings > Changing > Deactivate Tool with Shortcut.

Maybe its just me. There were times I was expecting it to return to the node editing tool for example and it did not. It might be user error.
@b77 I checked that setting thank you

@VectorStyler Can you explain the command selection? I was playing around with it but not finding a way to use it correctly to make things easier. I can see it swaps back to another tool for as long as it is held down

When holding the Command+ an alternate tool is selected temporarily, and should return to the original tool when releasing.
Each tool may have a different alternate tool, and some tools have no alternates.
