What does this Artboard Context Menu icon do?

I know it's not all new, but I'm really liking the contextual panel controls for editing the artboards in VS.
It might help to add tooltips to the icons, though most I was able to figure out by testing how they worked.
There was one however, that I have not figured out yet:
Does this have to do with enlarging? Everything I tried with it did not seem to make a difference
