Add the ability to pin a file to the top of the "open recent" under the File menu

It would be helpful to be able to pin certain files to the top if the "open recent" tab under the "File" menu. Adding a divider bar to make it clear where the pinned files ended (where I placed the #1) and adding a simple pin icon to the end (or beginning) of the pinned file titles (where I placed the #2)

I would use this to ensure a certain file always remained available to grab quickly during a project period and then easily unpin it when done
