New document setup (mouse wheel)

When creating a new document it's not possible to change parameter values using the mouse wheel. Even when activating the window of the value to be specified, it's the scrolling of the general window that changes.
Would it be possible to add this feature? It would be interesting because I don't want to save as presets a whole series of slight modifications to the same preset. Thanks

@VectorStyler It works again but it is impossible to get a number without a decimal (using the mouse wheel)
