Document presets backup?

Where are document presets and other presets saved and how can I create a backup?

In the Help menu there is a "Reveal Workspace" command. This should open the workspace folder (settings and workspace files).
go out one level of this folder and you should find a presets folder. There are all the user defined presets.

Also: in the Styles -> Preset Manager you can set up any folder to store presets in, so they are not stored in the VectorStyler folder.

Mac, I looked at the reveal workspace but include those files there the dozens of new document presets I created? The Presets Manager seems to be the better way.
