Often when I restart VS, all toolsets, context panel and panels on right side are gone

I've found that often when I restart VS, my all toolsets, context panel and panels on right side are gone. I have to go manually add them back again.

@Boldline Were these panels docked or floating? It seems that the workspace file resets for some reason (it does that for some key presses at startup)
