{UX} Undesirable close of Settings panel when pressing Enter/Return after typing in search

Desired Behavior: When entering a term into the search field for Settings, I'd like to be able to press <Enter> without closing the Settings box. I understand it is constantly updating, but it isn't immediately apparent whether search "happened" or not if the term isn't found, so it can lead to an oops like pressing Enter to re-check and forcing box to close...

Thank you for updating this behavior. I did notice the search field in Keyboard Shortcuts still has the old behavior. (Only noticing it because I pressed Enter out of habit and closed it)
