Synchronized Artboard and Hidden or Locked Artwork movement

When you want to shift an artboard containing hidden or locked artwork, you first of all have to unlock or select Show All lest the artwork will be separated from the artboard.
VS needs to have setting similar to Illustrator's 'Move Locked and Hidden Artwork with Artboard).

@VectorStyler thank you for the VS 1.2.030 update.
I appreciate that locked artwork can now sync with the artboard movement. However, the issue remains partly addressed since hidden artwork is still being left behind as you move the artboard. -
