      Is there a faster way to do this with the mouse? Basically I have inks in a deep Layer stack that is different than the Color Layer one.

      Copy and paste is not working for me most of the time, or is rather glitchy, so as far as moving things around with mouse, my only option seems to be slowly drag elements slowly down a very long list:

        @debraspicher In the Layers panel options (panel menu -> Panel Options) enable the "Object Pasteboard" option to copy paste.
