Hold Alt when Clicking new Layer to embed currently Selected Objects by default

Affinity added this not that long ago. It was a huge time saver for me. Basically, when we held Alt and click New Layer in the Layers panel, if that checkbox where it said "Selected Objects" was automatically checked (when items are currently selected), that would be so awesome.

@debraspicher That option refers to the selected objects on the canvas. It also works by holding Shift when clicking the button (but the selection is still from the canvas).

Even better, Shift + Alt when clicking New Layer gets you to a modal view where you can quickly assign a name to your new layer.

@William-Kansepa Thank you. I also discovered when pressing F2, while I was trying to trigger OBS' replay function, that it will quickly rename Layers as well. Very handy.
