      @Subpath Thanks ☺ ... several ways to get the same effect. I did it with the concentric grid and rotation of ligne copies. AI has this tool & you get what you need in one click.

        @Pat @Subpath I know this topic overall about grids and the like have been brought up before on the forum. What might be best is for us collectively to put together a series of different grids set up as guides and then present that to @VectorStyler to officially add to the default collection in VS.

          @Boldline, @Pat

          I am not in need of any Grids so i dont know what to contribute
          and since I found Nodebox, I tend to use this when I'm miss
          something special because everything there is non-destructive
          and can be changed very easily.

          If VectorStyler had scripting, I think things like this would be
          easy to solve.

          Win 11
          CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, 6-core.
          GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 5070.

            @Boldline Like @Subpath , I don't really need specific grid systems either. I was just imagining adding a parametric shape.

              @Pat

              that was also my impression, that you just
              ask for adding a parametric Shape

                @Pat I added this to the features backlog.

                  Video I found on instagram that shows the keyboard shortcuts tied to the illustrator version of the polar grid

                    @Boldline

                    thank you for the video

                    but sorry, I found how that guy act in the video so ... hmm
                    I guess they think they're funny but not to me

                    That makes it difficult for me to watch, even if they may give
                    good tips. I'd rather watch somewhere else and do without the tips

                      @Subpath I agree with you that the guy in this video and honestly, many of the other people who do digital art tips and tricks content on social media are obnoxious and annoying in their presentation. I tolerate the videos to find the value in the lesson or feature they highlight at the end. Especially since I do not use adobe cc, I do appreciate opportunities to see in these Instagram clips, the features and solutions adobe and others chose to implement in their programs to compare and contrast with VS.

                        @Boldline

                        I agree, sometimes it's interesting to see how a feature or trick works
                        and I think this short video format is great for that.

                        I'll just scroll further to the tip parts in the future
                        when such a guy appears 🙂

                          For VS, I was thinking more of a "concentric grid" parametric shape option to get a "polar grid/radar" type of graph ☺
