Dragging Panels

Hello, a picture explains better then a thousand words uh..

and if holding "Brushes" or "Palette" then you can drag the Panel out of the group, the pink area is not very intuitive or easily "reached".. like I have to fight not to drag the panel out of the group by miss clicking the pink area, and it kinda starts to add up to a hand strain

a whole group of panels can be dragged
by using the red area

to drag a panel out of a group just use the title aera
