Pencil / Brush tool keyboard shortcuts

In former builds of VS there were some handy keyboard shortcuts for the pencil and brush tool.
While moving stylus up/down or right/left, holding Alt resulted in changing stroke size, adding and holding Shift resulted in changing brush type from circle to elipsis, adding Control while holding Alt and Shift enabled elipsis to rotate. I got used to this option as it was very useful.How do I enable this feature in the latest bulilds?
As of 1.2.052 (or maybe earlier, as I don't recall exactly), only the Alt modifier key remained.

@Harry This is not available in the pencil and brush tools, but I will add it for the next build.
