Whenever I open the Character panel, it likes to open on my secondary monitor. How do I reset this to open on my main monitor?

What happens if you drag it to the main, close it and the reopen it? is the "lock panels" option on?

@VectorStyler ok moving it back to the main screen and then closing the panel and reopening it worked.
