User defined Steps for Blends that persist even after restartin VS

When you create a blend in VS, it always has 32 steps. That's more
than I normally need. I know I can create a preset with fewer steps,
but this preset can only be accessed via the blend options, which is
a very cumbersome way to call such a usfull preset.

When I restart VS, the blend step count is reset to 32 steps.

It would be nice if I could create a blend preset for the steps that
would also be used when I restart VS. For example, you could simply
reload the last preset created for the steps.

It would also be nice if i could call Step Presets nice and easy direct
      from the Blend Panel

      Win 11
      CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, 6-core.
      GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 5070.
