Text Wrap Panel and Text Wrap Options

IMHO, i believe that would be the best thing to unify Wrap Panel with Text Wrap options. To make it the same thing, i mean, to have in both them all the options. Additionaly, i believe that in the "Top, Bottom, Left, Right" Fields, would be cool some up&down controls for very fine tunning, since usually very tiny spaces are used in this spaces, and very little amounts can make the differences. I made a kind of preview of what i believe could be more functionaly, at least from my view:
