Blend not smooth

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but for some reason i am not able to get a smooth blend.. I tried smooth, distance to 0 and fixed with a large number..
Any suggestions?

@Zero There is a limit on how many intermediary objects are created, so at some zoom level it is not going to be smooth.
