Text acts strange in column -- huge gap

What is going on here? When I try to remove huge space in the column the row beneath is removed and the space is still presents.
Any suggestions?

@Raaskot There is a word that does not fit the frame ("Overbioanalytiker" and "Afdelingsspecialist"), enable hyphenation or make the frame larger.

Fine, it had an effect, thanks. But now I have applied correct hyphenation, but the this text box still act oddly. I try to delete the top most string, but it erases the next one too. How comes?The feel is that the text boxes appears with strange feedback (ie. delete is not working when starting in line two and deleting backward to the top). Also the cmd-z/undo key seems to work erratic ...
