Cut clipped groups

I have clipped groups (both shapes and paths), and when I apply the "cut out clipped groups", in the resulting output, the open paths are closed. Please see the screenshot. I tried to get the desired outcome by applying intersect with the last there I have cut shapes to open filled paths. Is it possible to get the desired outcome with a custom action?
