Implementation of the Astute's InkFlow plugin features

Is it possible to implement the features of Astute's Graphic InkFlow?
For example, their InkFlow's Thin Upstrokes acts as a percentage of the width of a stroke in the opposite direction. That makes the strokes consistent and is very useful in hand lettering and calligraphy.
Using pen pressure for controlling pen size, roundness and angle is also a desired option. Feathering, Bleed and Splatter are interesting live effects too:P.S. Their bundle is quite expensive, but could be a great source of inspiration for new VS features. Maybe other users would have some suggestions also?
