This is the first time ever I encounter such problem whilst trying to update VectorStyler 1.3.027 to the recent version 1.3.030.
I am on Windows 10: Pro
      Version: 22H2
      OS Build 19045.6456
(I think it is the latest before MS dropped support in Oct 2025).

What is this network expected by the installer? It does not make sense.
Has my computer been hacked from a "network" device?

this .msi is the one downloaded from the website
Even when prompted to update VS when running it it gives the same error\warning.

Nevermind. Just Uninstalld the old one, apparently got removed some v1.3.027.msi package from C:\Windows\Installer
which was needed for whatever reason.
Anyway... Installed fresh 1.3.030 and it is done.
