What is the preference setting for allowing secondary drag selection of nodes in selected shape?

What is the setting in preferences that allows the selection tool to only grab the nodes of a selected shape without affecting the nodes around it of other shapes?
So for example, I could click once on an object and then click and drag a box around some of the nodes of that selected shape, and the selection box would not grab objects nearby

@Boldline Disable 'Select Nodes from All Objects' in Preferences > Editing Options.

@vectoradmin Having this disabled by default would make more sense, IMO.

I agree - it should be off by default in my opinion.
