Why does this happen when moving shape

Why does this happen when moving a newly created shape in one layer to a newly created layer? I noticed this when moving objects from this layer (Fuglen) to other layers. Is happens with all objects from that layer.

@Ingolf Looks like the "Fuglen" layer has a different position than "Layer 1". Layers can be selected (small circle) and moved as a whole, to have their own position.
