Make proportional enabled by default for brushes ( accumulated )

I think this makes sense, since you'd naturally expect the, for example, scattered object to show up on the path, which it doesn't if the stroke width is as small as the default.

@Nils Maybe default for some brush types (scatter and pattern)? For Artistic brushes, proportional is actually not that suitable for default. And for Bristle brushes, it does not really exists.
