VectorStyler seems to scroll and zoom with some delay, or with some extra smoothing algorithm per default. I'd really like to disable this please, I don't use smooth scrolling in any program and it irritates me a lot in VectorStyler.

Or is there an option for this in the settings?

@David-P There is no option for this, at this time.

What kind of scrolling / zooming would be preferred (example of some other app)?

Is this on Windows or Mac?

It works very well on my machine (one of the features/behaviours I like)
I did adjust the zoom speed in the settings though (i'm at 60%)
I just mention in case this is (part of) the issue

          Windows 11 Home 21H2

Hello vectoradmin, and thanks for the quick reply!

Although the smooth scrolling of course looks nice, I generally prefer a bouncier, lag free, snappy scrolling -- as this is better suited for fast, professional work in my experience.

That's on Windows 10 for me, and I'm working on 4K monitors set to 200% dpi in the Windows settings.

@David-P Lets have this as a feature request for that type of scrolling.

                Ok thanks very much.

There also seems to be some scrolling acceleration, or maybe ballistic scrolling involved. While that might be good for touch interfaces, I believe it should be possible to turn it off for Desktop use.

@David-P What kind of mouse is used on Windows that gets this accelerating/decelerating zoom or scroll?

Actually I'm using a large trackpad with gesture control -- similar to the Apple Magic Trackpad -- not a mouse.
