Is there a way VS can show what a replaced missing font is supposed to be?

I appreciate the warning VS gives before opening an existing file with a missing font - ideally we find it then and open the file. I wanted to see about taking it a step further for situations where a file is open and the font is replaced... is there a way we can show the replaced font name in the font section of VS and still show the name of the font missing?
I'm not sure what this looks like..... in Illustrator the name of the font displayed when selected would be the missing font with an asterisk next to it. In VS we only see the replaced font name there.... as if it was always that way.
