Windows short cut for send to back / front

The keyboard short cut for moving an object to the back is Ctrl Alt DownArrow. This is the Windows keyboard short cut to rotate the whole screen 180 degrees. Same conflict for moving an object to the front. It is possible that I have changed these short cuts by mistake, but if these are defaults I would suggest changing them.
