Clicking on a node to move it does not always do so

I've noticed this happens with some frequency, that I can select a node and adjust it's location, go back to it or a new one and try to do the same again and that node seems temporarily "locked"
Here is a video - it works as normal for the first 15 or so seconds and then you see my attempts to move the node and its not easy
Could this be tied to the space bar modifier somehow? I pan around a lot -
@Boldline I have to try to replicate it. It could be something to do with the click selection sensitivity. Send me the file with this shape by email.
