Color pallete bar scroll

I can't scroll color pallete bar with Wacom pen. How do you guys scroll with Pen?
Also when hover over with Pen tool tips delay by 3/4 seconds compare to mouse. -
@Jayanta-Das In VS, the tablet pen cannot be used for scrolling, but swipe should work (for touch tablets).
At least hear, the tool tip delay seems to be the same for mouse or tablet.
Try adjusting the Preferences -> User Interface -> Tool Tip Delay settings. -
@vectoradmin Default tool tip delay setting was 1 sec. After lowering the value to 0.5 sec its better now but I still feel it shows faster with mouse.
