Auto on-off right click option for layers panel?

This was probably already requested, but I would love an option to turn on or turn off lock or unlock all sublayers within a layer, etc Going through and making sure all layers on on in a layer with 300 sublayers is a lot of work! Im sure there's an easier way

@vectoradmin Thanks! I think this would be really handy for those who go in and lock some things to edit others and want to be sure everything is locked or unlocked so they can select only a few and do the opposite with them as needed.

@Boldline In the Layers panel: Control+ click on the "visible" icon will change visibility for all objects inside the clicked one, same for the Lock.
Shift+click will change for all at the same level.
