Layer lock options: lock position only

Is there a way to lock the position of the layer, but not the ability to edit the colors or effects properties of the shape? Often I run into the problem when I select a shape it might move or transform slightly. Havaing the ability to lock a specific aspect could be useful.

@postdes No such feature at this time. I can add this into the future goals backlog.
Probably it will make it into version 1.0
