Miss some kind of reset the Values Option for all
      transform panels e.g. rotate/move ....

As it is by now, these panels keep their settings
until you change them. This ist useful in some
      cases but not always.

As an Alternative, each panel could have a
Checkbox "Keep settings", so we could check
      and uncheck these Option.

Video as it is by now

      Win 11
      CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, 6-core.
      GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 5070.

@Subpath I think this is a general thing, due to the nondestructive editing mode of most changes.
In case of transform, the Transform panel has a Reset command in the menu.

...the Transform panel has a Reset command in the menu...

But as far as i know it does not reset the Values to Zero
          inside of the Panel

Did not know that this is not possible because of Design.
How ever is only a wish, not a must.

          CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, 6-core.

What it should do is to setup a new default transform on top of the existing transformation(s).

Could you give a little description how the "Reset Command"
work. I played a bit with it but is still a little unclear to me.

Could you give a little description how the "Reset Command" work.

If we start with a rectangle:

                • scale, rotate and skew using the transform handles.
                • the Transform panel will show the scaling, skewing and rotation amounts.
                • with "Reset Transform", the existing transforms are kept, but a new transform "shape effect" is added on top of them.
                • the scale, skew and rotate values are reset to defaults in this new transform.
                • the position is unchanged, the size is reset to the new bounding box.

The "Shape Effects" panel can help exploring what happens here. The panel lists the shape effects stacked on an object. With the steps above, there should be 2 Transform effects in the list, each can be opened and its parameters edited.

And finally: the "Convert to Curves" command will flatten all shape effects, resulting in an object with a path shape.
