Moving Layers?

This seems like it should be so simple. Click and drag, right?
But when I click and drag nothing happens.

@SJStalter Yes click and drag moves layers around in the layers panel. That's crazy its giving you grief. Are you able to use a screen record video and link it here to show exactly the issue?
https://recordit.co/ is a common free one many of us use on the forum for this purpose. It gives you a link you can paste in the thread for others to see exactly what is happening - it helps solve a lot of issues.

cleared cache
restarted computer

and can now drag and drop layers. Have no idea why I couldn't before.

hard to say what is the cause of your problem

but moving layers works as you described

@SJStalter Restarting the computer should not be needed. Maybe restarting VS only.
Let me know if this issue occurs, and if there are any steps to replicate it.
