Slight magnetic snap to beginning of path made with pencil tool for easy closing

When I am creating closed shapes with the pencil tool, it's not always easy to get it to close perfectly. Would it help to add a slight magnetic snap to the beginning of the path made by the pencil tool? I mean, ever so slightly - nothing intense.

@Boldline I think this might be an issue on tablet, where a larger tolerance could be better.
The Pencil tool path closing tolerance can be adjusted in Preferences -> Tolerance -> "Path Closing" field.
