Option to distort vector and raster?

I thought I'd seen an option somewhere that allows raster artwork to distort with vectors, now I can't seem to find it now I need it - could someone point me in the right direction? And is there an option to turn it on by default?

@Dazmondo This can be replicated here also.
I will have investigate more to find out what causes this.
Added it to the backlog as a bug. -

@Dazmondo Meanwhile, an other option for warp distortion is to use the Image Effects panel to create an image distortion over the whole vector / image group.

I'm assuming that would rasterise all the vectors on output?
Also noticed that pixel preview looks very low-rez
