Scaled image effects

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I am of the opinion that it would make life easier if Scale Image Effects was turned on by default.

@VectorStyler I think it would be more helpful if the enable button is in the dialog box itself. So whenever we apply any effect, just a click would do the job.

Yes please, enabled by default. It is a nightmare in Affinity Designer, that it is not.
