It looks like this is done with Shift-drag? If so, it also bends the opposite side of the rectangle.

@b77 Correction: no, there is no need for modifier. It should just snap if snapping is enabled.

For this update, is the user supposed to type in the unit they prefer to use? So in my case, writing out "inches" for example, or using the " to designate inches?

"in" or just " should work. Otherwise it is the document default units.
