Improved Context menu bar

Upon selecting Pen tool, the context menu bar doesn't show much needed options. When Pen tool is selected there is no fill, stroke options, it shows only after I make a node.
Also After selecting brush tool context panel bar show stroke size as hairline but after drawing a line stroke changes to some other size.
