Drag Object to Scroll

I may have missed something here in VS, but dragging an object to the edge of the window doesn't automatically scroll the window ?
I just checked AI and it certainly does there.
I'll wait on the obvious answer that it's in the bottomless prefs
(but I can't see it )TIA

@Igull Auto scrolling is disabled in the transform tool (no prefs for this).
I will try to solve this issue. -
