Support for recently opened documents in dock bar

When Vectorstyler IS running I can see the recently opened files when right clicking the VS icon on the dock bar.
When Vectorstyler is NOT running I cannot see the recently opened files when right clicking the VS icon on the dock bar.
Some apps support this. It is a reasonably cool feature (elegant and quick method to reopen documents).

@Ingolf Yes, this was (still is) in the backlog, but did not find a solution yet.
Will try again.
