Is there a simple way to cut objects into pieces ( rectangles, lines etc.) as with Adobe Illustrator scissor tool?

I would recommend the 'Knive Tool' (K), found under the Corner Editor subset tools.
        Plus [Shift] makes straight cuts.
        Better than Illustrator!

@Richard-Skover Besides the Knife tool and the Exclude shape operation, we also have in beta 1.2 the "Object -> Shape -> Split Object Shape" command.

Arrow button is increasing 'Number' value while the cursor is over.

Was this by clicking on the arrow? This kind of number editor has an up / down scroll arrow (different from the other arrows, seen in Spacing).

@VectorStyler Without clicking , only hover. The others are working properly.

That should not happen. I tried replicating here on Windows, but could not.
What happens when hovering over other fields?

@VectorStyler I switched to another document and tried to replicate, but it works fine now. The problem has disappeared
